JAMIE CLARK

Founder, Managing Director & Presenter

Jamie Clark is a former UK specialist police firearms officer with over 15 years’ frontline experience and the founder of No Excuse Films Ltd. He has worked as a television and media consultant and on-screen contributor for major broadcasters including Discovery Channel, Amazon Prime, Channel 5, 5Spike, Sky One, and ITV. Drawing on extensive operational experience both as a Police Officer and Security Consultant, Jamie brings a grounded, professional perspective to complex subject matter, with a focus on authenticity and discretion. He specialises in presenter-led documentary projects that explore serious crime, public safety, and high-risk operational environments, balancing access, realism, and responsibility.

CHRIS VOSPER

Executive Producer, Driving & Air Operations Specialist Advisor

Chris has a unique military background, having served primarily as an Army Officer and an AH-64 Apache Attack Helicopter Pilot which he flew on three operational combat tours of duty in Afghanistan. He also spent a significant period in other roles, completed a number of specialist and arduous courses and flew a number of other aircraft types. He considers it an enormous privilege to have served his country both in regular and reserve service capacity for over 24 years. Chris is a qualified BARS Rally and ARDS Racing Instructor and competes in both motorsport disciplines. Chris provides invaluable expertise and insight and acts as a tactical driving and air operations specialist advisor for No Excuse Films.

No Excuse Films Ltd is an independent UK-based production company specialising in presenter-led documentary and reality based content focused on serious crime, public safety, and high-risk operational environments.

The company was founded to create factual programming that is grounded in real-world experience, prioritising authenticity, professionalism, and responsibility over spectacle or sensationalism.

No Excuse Films develops projects that explore complex and often dangerous subject matter with care, context, and respect for the individuals and institutions involved.

The production team is drawn from backgrounds in policing, military service, and security, bringing a deep understanding of operational risk, discretion, and the realities of working in sensitive environments. This experience informs every stage of the filmmaking process, from access and planning through to on-screen presentation and editorial decision-making.

No Excuse Films works across documentary development, production, and consultancy, collaborating with broadcasters, streaming platforms, and professional partners to deliver content that is both compelling and credible.

SAM SEELEY

Creative Director

Sam Seeley is the Creative Director at No Excuse Films Ltd, with extensive experience in visual storytelling, production leadership, and work in complex, high-risk environments. A former UK Royal Marine Commando, Sam brings a background grounded in discipline, operational awareness, and risk management. His military experience informs a calm, methodical approach to filmmaking, particularly when working in sensitive or unpredictable settings. Following his military career, Sam transitioned into film and media production, where he has developed a strong reputation for capturing authentic, grounded visual narratives while maintaining professional and safety standards. As Creative Director, he oversees the visual language and technical execution of No Excuse Films’ projects, ensuring each production reflects realism, integrity, and respect for the subject matter.
